Have just found you again after leaving McLean Delmo and getting a new email etc. etc. Yes McDougall I am still writing that email to you - can't believe the year is half over. Good to see you are still both safe and well. It was wonderful to speak to you recently. You really need to be where the hurricane's aren't which is usually about being where they won't be and if you will be where they might be you pay close attention to weather while having an escape plan.

Nigel Calder's World Cruising routes has all you need to plan your way around hurricanes.

Re your route. You will find the leg from Panama to PR next to impossible. I understand it is better to head north first before trying to head east.
